The ZoneWon1 platform aims to give users and members tools to analyse NBA basketball games. It is hoped that these tools will give members insights into NBA Games by providing statistical information for a better understanding of NBA Games. Zonewon1.com offers subscribed members the chance to earn commissions to promote this website. As an Affiliate Member you will be paid 50% of the subscription fees that you help generate through your Affiliate Code that you will recieve upon approval of your application to become an Affiliate Member. Your affiliate promotional code will also entitle prospective members to a 20% discount on their subscription to assist you to promote and generate subscriptions for ZoneWon1.com.

If you have already registered at ZoneWon1 but do not yet have an active subscription to ZoneWon1 please sign up for a subscription at www.zonewon1.com/member-subscription/. An active Subscription is required to be able to sign-up to the Affiliate Zone.
Affiliate Zone Members will be required to connect to ZoneWon1's payment platform that is supported by Stripe Payments. During the onboarding process to become an Affiliate Zone Member you will be required to connect to ZoneWon1's Stripe connected account platform. Connecting to ZoneWon1's payment platform will facilitate commission payouts.
Provided that you have registered as a member at ZoneWon1, purchased an active subscription and signed up for a ZoneWon1's payment platform you must also agree to the terms and conditions below to become an Affiliate Zone Member.

Affiliate Zone - Terms and Conditions
Thank you for your interest in becoming an Affiliate Zone Member. The following sets out the Terms and Conditions of your affiliation with Zonewon1.com. Zonewon1.com can also be referred to as "This Site". As an Affiliate Zone Member, You are referred to as "You", an "Affiliate", or as a "Member". To become an Affiliate of This Site, You must agree to the Terms and Conditions set forth here in the following.
1. Affiliate Zone Member Account
1.1
In order to be approved for Zonewon1's Affiliate Zone Member Account, referred to here as the "Account", You must be a "Registered User" as set out in the "Terms of Service". In addition to being a "Registered User" you must also be a "Subscribed Member" by purchasing a subscription to This Site as set out in the "Terms of Service".
1.2
Provided that you are a Registered User and are subscribed to this site your application for an Affiliate Account will proceed. However to recieve full approval for for an Account you will also need to sign up to This Sites Payment Platform in order to handle payments to You. Further details regarding This Sites Payment Platform will be detailed within these Terms and Conditions.
2. This Site's Payment Platform
2.1
This Site's Payment Platform, referred to here as the Payment Platform, is This Site's payment portal that You must sign up with in order to recieve commissions paid to you for promoting This Site via your Affiliate Code.
2.2
The Payment Platform utilizes the Stripe Payment Portal, referred to here as Stripe, to onboard Affiliates. This site uses the Stripe Connected Account feature to make payments to Affiliates. As part of the sign-up process, referred to as "onboarding", You will be required to sign-up as a "Connected Account" with stripe.
2.3
Signing up to the Stripe Connected Account is required for commission payments to You as an Affiliate. Signing up to the Connected Account will require that Affiliates register their banking details with Stripe. By signing up to a Connected Account with Strip You must also provide identification to Stripe to validate your banking details.
2.4
In order to become an Affiliate, You must sign up to the Stripe Connected Account for This Site's Payment Platform. As part of the Connected Account, You must also agree to the Terms and Conditions of your Stripe Account. If you already have a Stripe account you will still have to connect to This Site's Payment Platform and re-register your banking details for This Site's Payment Platform to be able to transfer the commissions owed to You.
3. Affiliate Promocode
3.1
Once you have been approved as an Affiliate you will be given a Affiliate Promotion Link that will be visible on your profile page. You can then use the Affiliate Promotion Link to generate new subscribers to This Site as an Affiliate Member.
3.2
Your Affiliate Promotion Link will allow new Users of This Site to sign-up for a Subscription at a discount of 20% of the Subscription Price.
3.3
There are two tiers of Subscription that potential new Users can sign up for. The first tier of Subscription is the Monthly Subscription which is discounted from $15.00 per month to $12.00 per month for the first 3 months. The second tier of Subscription is the $150.00 yearly Subscription which is discounted to $120.00 for the first year of subscription.
3.4
Your Affiliate Promotion Link will link potential new members to the subscription page where your Affiliate Promocode is embeded into the subscription link to signal that the new subscription belongs to You so that you will recieve commissions on new Member Subscriptions connected to your Affiliate Promocode.
4. Affiliate Commissions
4.1
As an Affiliate You will be entitled to recieve commissions if your Affiliate Promocode leads to purchases of a subscription to This Site. The commission rate is 50% on the total of the paid subscription. So on the monthly subscription the commission will be calaculated on the total of $12 after the 20% discount has been applied on the $15 original monthly subscription rate. The commission then for each new Monthly Subscription is $6. Using the same calculations and applying them to the yearly subscription, the commission paid will be $60.
4.2
Commisions will only be paid for the first 3 months of the monthly subscription and for the first year of the yearly subscription to This Site. For the monthly subscription, commissions do not pay if there is a cancellation of the subscription prior the payment of the 3rd month of subscription.
4.3
Commissions on subscriptions will be paid as a total of all subscription on the last day of every calander month for subscriptions collected by the Affiliate Promocode for that month.
4.4
All commissions will be paid via This Site's Payment Platform through Stripe via the banking details You have provided to Stripe as part of your Connected Account to This Site's Payment Platform.
5. Affiliate Member Dashboard
5.1
Affiliate Members will be provided with a link on their profile page to view a dashboard of new subscriptions signed-up to via the Affiliate Members Promocode. The Dashboard will also summarize commission payments to be payed and commission payments already paid.
5.2
Affiliate Members can track the number of new subscription sign ups via the Affiliates Promocode. Affiliate Members will also be able to track payments made to them and download invoice for each payment to You.
