In order for this Site to accept payment by the Member for Subscription Services, this Site must share the Members Email Address with Stripe Payment in order to validate the User as a Member of this Site and for the purposes of recording that payments have been made in order to grant access to Subscription Services to the Member.

Should Members wish to proceed with the payment of the Subscription Fee for Subscription Services the Member will be subject to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy as stipulated by Stripe Payments during the checkout process for the Subscription Fee. The Member must agree to to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of Stripe Payments in order to make a payment on the Subscription Fee that will enable the Member to be granted access to Subscription Services of this Site.

4.4

Any concerns about Payment Details and Personal Data related to the processing of Members payment to Stripe should be directed to Stripe Payment at their website. Stripe Payments website will be made available to the Member During the checkout process.
